Made this ages ago, it does have swearing in it so if i catch any1 spam swearing at people they will be treated the same way as people who swear at people in the chat box.
I am well aware of the few broken sounds, but right now i am too lazy to fix it, so don't ask me to. It works on any Val Avatar server and the 2 DIE16 servers. Enjoy  http://www.die16-clan.com/~die16lil_...0Voicepack.zip

sharp its easy with a program
 P like a map maker or a skin maker or umx file converter there is a program to make voice packs too but u can do it with the UnrealEd
